-------Acid Rosin Size
ER65 is a kind of anionic rosin emulsion size for paper
and board, over a pH range from 4.5 to 6.5. This product is mainly for weak
acid sizing of low and medium grades of paper and board.
High sizing efficiency
Cut down alum and size demand by 20% to 40%
Less sensitive to anionic ash in wet end
Good sizing in wet end containing second fiber
Reducing foaming and pitch / beneficial to wire
and felt
Raise up production efficiency and
accepted –rate

ER65 can be fed by pump without dilution , It can be also
diluted with aroud 5 times of fresh water.
The recommended addition point is at the level box or before
the fan pump or mixing chest where pulp slurry of relatively high consistency.
The dosage suggested is from 0.5% to 1.5% on the basis of dry fiber, alum load
of 3% to 8% being required .
The model sequency is showed as follows:
A:
alum ===> ER65 ===> talc ====> retention aid
B:
talc ====> alum ====> ER65 ====> retention aid
Further suggestion will be presented based on your
production line before application .
